We enjoyed our meal so much on our previous visit that we decided to go to Pirates again for their steak. The restaurant was full, as they were having some sort of meeting, so we were seated in a section just off the bar. At first I was unsure if I was going to be happy sitting there, but it was actually fairly cosy. Again, service was very good. We both ordered the rump, which was very tasty and very tender, yet again. We decided to give their dessert a try. We ordered the cheesecake and the caramel dessert. Both were thoroughly enjoyed. We are very pleased to have found Pirates and try to go there when we're in the mood for a good steak. |

After having the disappointing experience at Deli Delish in Hout Bay, we decided to go to Pirates for a good steak. 350g Rump Steak: Ordered medium. Arrived perfectly done. Tasty and very tender. Side of baby potatoes and veges. Service good. |
